తెలంగాణా ఉద్యమం తారస్థాయి కి చేరుకొని శ్రీకాంతా చారి ఆత్మహత్య , శ్రీ కృష్ణ కమిటి ఏర్పాటు తదనంతర పరిణామాల నేపద్యం లో , "దగా చేయబడ్డ , మోసగింప బడ్డ , చరిత్ర కనుమరుగు చేయబడిన తెలంగాణా" నిజమైన గణతను తెలియజేయడానికి, శ్రీ కృష్ణ కమిటి కి అసలు నిజాలను విన్నవించడానికి ... తెలంగాణా ప్రజలను జాగృతం చేయడానికి 2010 లో చేసిన ఒక చిన్న ప్రయత్నం ఈ "రగులుతున్నతెలంగాణా " పుస్తకం.
తెలంగాణా రాష్ట్రము ఏర్పడి తెలంగణా ఉద్యోగ పోటి పరిక్షలలో "తెలంగాణా చరిత్ర " ను ఒక కచ్చితమైన అంశంగా చేర్చడం మంచి పరిణామం . ఎంతో ప్రయాస తో తెలంగాణా ఉద్యమంలో 1948 - 2010 వరకు జరిగిన విషయాలను సేకరించి పుస్తకం లా తీసుకు వచ్చినందుకు ఈ రోజు నా ప్రయత్నం సఫలమైందనే భావిస్తున్నాను. తెలంగాణా గడ్డ మీద పుట్టినందుకు ఈ Rs.100 విలువైన పుస్తకాన్ని Rs.25 కు ఇవ్వడం ద్వారా నా ఋణం తీర్చుకుంటున్నాను .
